EVENT : Selection of Operatives

CLIENT: : Matrix Laboratories Limited

December 12th 2010 , ZCS team was all geared up to receive our candidates and Matrix panel members comprising two technical and three HR personnel.

SELECTION

We had three rounds in the interview.

  • Our ZCS team conducted a written test of 25 marks based on reasoning, numerical ability, English.
  • The selected candidates were then sent for Hindi / English speaking test.
  • The candidates who got thru the above were sent for Interview with Matrix panels.
  • There were two Matrix panels and we were forwarding the selected candidates to both the panels seamlessly.
  • The total candidates who came for Walk-in were 135. Out of that 94 go through the written test, in the next level 57 go through the communication test and 27 got finally selected for Matrix Labs.

A Two Day workshop on

FINANCE FOR NON-FINANCE EXECUTIVES OF INFRASTRUCTURE

CONDUCTED ON 17TH & 18TH December 2010

Presently ZCS is involved in 1200 days of corporate training with companies like GATI, Aurobindo Pharma, Victory Electricals Ltd, BDL, DRDL, NRSA, NMDC, NTPC, Indian Railways etc., 26 corporate trainers are presently associated with ZCS in delivery of various corporate training programmes across the country.

Who should participate - The work shop is intended for all non-finance managers involved in infrastructure companies.

BENEFITS OF THE WORKSHOP

Understand the structure of financial statements and evaluate financial performance of the company.

  1. Appreciate the impact of cost management analysis and working capital management on financial performance.
  2. To be conversant with financial techniques of project appraisal.
  3. To develop a Finance sense in decision making as to how managerial actions and decisions would impact the Financials of the corporate entity.

EVENT: Selection of Graduate Engineer Trainees and management Trainees, GET’s and MT’s Trainees
LOCATION: Wesley junior boys college, secundrabad
CLIENT: Victory electricals.
PRODUCT:
Recruitment of freshers for Victory Electricals, The requirement was of Graduate Electrical Engineers, Electrical 13 and Mechanical 5.And 5 Management Trainees.

29th June 2010, a Sunday morning, the rain gods seemed happy with us,
ZCS had an exciting task-to conduct the recruitment for “Victory Electricals”.

A massive crowd of 300-young & dynamic freshers were, all set to face to write the entrance test for the first job, At Wesley Junior Boys College, Secundrabad.
The highly talented ZCS and VEL team had 5 counters to issue the ID cards to students. Then there was a presentation about Victory electricals by the company in the auditorium. The test commenced at 9: 45 am, the students were seated in an auditorium according to their ids. The test ended at 12:00 pm after which snacks was provided to students while evaluation was in progress.

Totally 220 students were shot listed for the group discussion. Each group comprising of 10 students each, 3 groups each from marketing and mechanical, and a group of 23 students were shot listed each from mechanical and marketing. And among 8 groups having 11 members each, 70 were shorlisted .
The Group Discussion as well was conducted in an organized fashion, 116 were short-listed for the final round.

The day ended at 5:30 pm.
The hard work of ZCS and VEL team is commendable. One can take away many things from this event, organizing the written test was not an ordinary task, but, it went on well, “no confusion only successful conclusion”.
